Headaches and migraines

Headaches and migraines needn’t be a life-sentence. Many of our clients have found considerable, if not complete, relief from their symptoms after their BSR sessions. Our practitioners also give advice on posture to minimise stress and tension in the neck and shoulders.

The king of neurological head pain is the migraine. These headaches are often a sign that stress is being stored somewhere in the body.

Most of us have experienced a headache at some point in our lives and sadly many people experience them regularly, sometimes every day. The most common headaches are tension headaches.

They seem to start with tension in the neck and shoulders and can be triggered by poor posture. Negative emotions like work-related stress, anger or shock could also be a factor. Some niggling, foggy-eyed headaches might be put down to dehydration or screen-fatigue. Even a strong perfume or other chemical influences can trigger a headache for some.
