Nichola is a friendly, caring therapist that has brought me wonderful relief from a really bad bout of sciatica pain. It took a few sessions, but she cleared the problem up. I have not had the pain back in nearly two years now. I enjoy receiving BSR treatment from Nichola in a calm atmosphere. She has healing hands and I can really recommend going to her for pain relief. I also recommend a regular alignment treatment as I tend to think about it. Like taking your car in for wheel alignment.:-)
Can’t recommend Nichola enough. I didn’t really know what body stress release was at first, and I was sceptical, but it really did help to relieve stress and pain in my lower back. I would recommend to anyone who has any aches and pains.
